Young Explorers Pre-School was established in 2012 and is located on the St. Dunstan's School site. Young Explorers is a privately run independent sessional pre-school, open from 08:45am-3:15pm, providing high quality care & education, for children aged 2years and 9months to school age. 

YEP is situated in a secure and stimulating environment. 

We promote positive partnerships with parents and carers to support individual learning.

Outdoor learning environment

Play areas are important for children, giving them a space for pretending, expressing and imaginative play.
Play areas promote thinking, problem solving, and turn taking, and help children learn and develop skills in all areas of learning.
Play areas are also important for developing physical dexterity and good health.

Within our setting we have adopted a mixed of 'Planning in the moment', and structured activities, our activities are carefully crafted to meet the development needs of the each and every child. Our early educators and support staff are highly professional and trained to high standards.
