Job Description:
Part time Qualified level 2 or 3 Preschool Practitioner - Term time only
Are you a fun, enthusiastic, imaginative and passionate person, with good communications skills and work well within a team?
We are looking for team member to join our busy setting supporting and developing children’s learning.
You will hold a NVQ/CACHE Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years Childcare - experience of SEND/safeguarding/ first aid, and previously worked in a setting - able to work alongside colleagues to make positive changes within the Preschool following the updated of EYFS. Experience of being a Key Worker and enjoy being outdoors.
Job offers will be subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS Check.
Candidates must have:
Level 2 or 3 or above in Early Years childcare
Experience of working in an Early Years setting
Knowledge and understanding of new EYFS, safeguarding
First Aid
Knowledge of online journals (Tapestry)
Knowledge of SEND working 1-2-1
DBS (on updated service via gov.uk)
Desired:
Food hygiene
Hours of work:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.45am-12.00pm
Total hours per week 13
*Open Monday to Friday 7.45am - 5.45pm - Term time only providing extending services to KS1.
